Occupational Mental Health Ltd (OMH) provides professional services in all matters relating to the mental health and well being of employees.

For our clients we provide a range of  services from Clinical Interventions, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT, Consultancy, Stress and Lifestyle Workshops, One-to-One coaching and Consultancy. We manage a country-wide network of experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists who provide effective CBT assessment and treatment for staff requiring care.
                   
The company was formed by Iain Brooks and Bill Griffiths back in May 2003; both directors have many years experience working  within the Occupational Health/Occupational Mental Health/Risk Management arena, providing practical solutions to minimise the impact of stress and promote positive mental health.           

Iain (above left) is an RMN & Cognitive Behavioural Nurse Psychotherapist. Bill has a BSc Hon (Open) gained in psychology and health studies, is a member of the Institute of Health Promotion and holds certificates in counselling skills and studies. Both are members of the BABCP and have extensive management experience working in occupational health, occupational mental health, risk management & consultancy.
